Born from a shared passion for Thai cacao’s potential, our association brings together pioneering figures in the emerging Thai chocolate industry. For years, we’ve collaborated informally, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and innovation. A pivotal trip to the Philippines in January 2024, where we delved into organic farming and advanced fermentation, solidified our vision. We formalized our bond as a trade association to unite the community, expand our collective expertise, and propel Thailand onto the world stage of exceptional chocolate.
